WINDAR, NERVIÓN AND INDASA TRUST AGAIN IN GALICTIO FOR THE HYWIND PROJECT
WINDAR, NERVIÓN and INDASA have hired us again for the assembly of scaffolding, protections and cleaning, this time for the HYWIND project (NAVANTIA FENE).
The project is still in process, but during these months we have worked jointly to provide the scaffolding necessary for the fabrication of the structures. These will support the wind turbines in deeper waters than the previous manufactured pieces, the Jackets.
The entire work team has been involved to seek the best technical solutions to the needs of our clients, going so far as to assemble a mobile scaffolding on rails, and with folding platforms so that it adapts to the "difficult" shape of the structure. Designing the scaffolding for the different phases of the work: assembly, welding, blasting, painting...
We have mounted the protections (custom-made) on the pieces that are on the outside to provide welders and painters with ideal working conditions. Likewise, we have cleaned the pieces, with our tanker truck, before surface treatment by INDASA.
